At Tortoise General Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home goods; if you are not, we accept returns for store credit or exchange on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective materials to ensure they arrive back at our store safely and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Los Angeles location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or process your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
